GUIDELINES
- All files must be saved in Tiff or EPS format (we support most bitmaps/raster files).
- Include a hard copy print with the layout of your files.
- Compress files, for example (Zip).
- Naming files: Do not use spaces, periods, commas and / or characters, punctuation with in file name.
- Send name of software used to create files and operating system of the computer.
- Photos for process color separation are CMYK, EPS, or TIFF files.
- No files have JPEG compression applied.
- All scans are at least 600 resolution or higher.
- All documents have been laser-proofed for correct separation of all elements.
- Include all images and graphic files and supply original and editable copies of all graphic files.
- There are no PICT files or picture viewer accepted.
- Make sure bleeds extend beyond the edge of the finished page size by at least 18 inch.
- Rotate scale and crop images BEFORE placing on your page.
- All unused colors and style sheets should be deleted from the file.
- For standard printing, we recommend that you submit black and white bitmap images and grayscale images no lower then 300dpi.
